Children's Corner Moorlands

Children's Corner Moorlands offers wrap around care to those children who attend Moorlands School Foundation unit. We offer an after school care facility from 4pm to 6pm daily and a holiday club provision from 8pm to 6pm during the school holidays. Both of these facilities are for children under 5 and they take place in the over 2's room of our nursery setting.

The children have access to lots of toys and equipment including role play, construction, afrts and crafts, sand and water. We have our own outdoor play area and operate a free flow system. During the school holidays we make use of the extensive grounds in which Moorlands school is set.

During after school care children will be offered a light snak around 4.15pm, this may include beans on toast, crackers, sandwiches, fresh fruit and either milk or water.
During holiday club children will be given breakfast of cereal or toast at 8.30am, a hot lunch and a pudding is provided at 11.45am and a light snack is given at 3.15pm.

All after school club and holiday club sessions must be paid for in advance. For those parents who need adhoc or extra after school care sessions these can be provided if we have space in the nursery.

Full day - £43.50
Half day - £26.50
