At all our settings we aim to provide the highest standard of childcare that is both flexible and affordable and that fits in with your family's lifestyle. You are encouraged to come along and see the nursery for yourself. You will know if the atmosphere feels right for you and your child. Whilst we do operate an open door policy and we would never refuse parents the opportunity to come and look round, it is more convenient if you can make an appointment as this ensures the nursery manager has time to spend with you to talk through your requirements.
In all of our settings we will encourage your child to reach his or her own potential both socially and educationally, and above all make sure their time with us is fun. We follow the Early Years Foundation Stage guidance and use this to ensure personalised learning opportunities for every child. This EYFS curriculum encompasses all children from 0 - 5 and continues from nursery into Reception year at school.
Individual care and attention is made possible by high ratio of adults to children. The main focus of our nurseries is to have fun and be safe. All have happy stimulating atmospheres with caring, professional staff, many are parents themselves, and whom I hope you will decide can help to care for your child.
There is a compliments and complaints book in the entrance of each of our settings. If you do have any worries or concerns we would ask that you raise these with the nursery manager. We will investigate all complaints and aim to resolve these in no more than 7 days.
